  1. ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.Applications are accepted online only.
  2. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ 40 ಮಳಿಗೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸ್ಥಳ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು (ಮಳಿಗೆ ಅಳತೆ 10×10).Only the stalls chosen by the selection committee are allotted space. Each stall is 10 × 10 ft.
  3. ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಳಿಗೆಗೆ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ₹5,000 ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ 3 ದಿನಗಳ ಒಟ್ಟು ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಕಂತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು.Selected stalls pay ₹5,000 per day, the full three-day amount in one instalment, before allotment is confirmed.
  4. ಮಳಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಊಟೋಪಚಾರ ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳು ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.No meals, allowances or other facilities are provided to stall holders.
  5. ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ, ನಿಯಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.Stall holders must abide by the committee's decision and all rules and conditions.
