For three evenings of Dasara the playground next to the Clock Tower becomes a food ground: forty stalls in rows, festival lights overhead, and crowds moving from the palace illumination straight to dinner. Selected stalls get a 10 × 10 ft pitch for all three days.

Apply online ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿStall name, items, a passport photo and up to three photos of your food. About five minutes. You get a registration ID by email.
Committee review ಸಮಿತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆAfter the deadline the committee reviews every application. If something needs fixing, you get a link to correct it.
Selection & rent ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಡಿಗೆSelected stalls receive their stall number by email and pay the three-day rent in one instalment to confirm.
Report & cook ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಬಡಿಸಿShow your ID and receipt at the reporting desk on day one, set up your stall, and serve.
Rules & conditions ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು

- ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.Applications are accepted online only.
- ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ 40 ಮಳಿಗೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸ್ಥಳ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಮಳಿಗೆ ಅಳತೆ 10×10.Only the stalls chosen by the selection committee are allotted space. Each stall is 10 × 10 ft.
- ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಳಿಗೆಗೆ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ₹5,000 ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ 3 ದಿನಗಳ ಒಟ್ಟು ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಕಂತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು.Selected stalls pay ₹5,000 per day, the full three-day amount in one instalment, before allotment is confirmed.
- ಮಳಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಊಟೋಪಚಾರ ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳು ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.No meals, allowances or other facilities are provided to stall holders.
- ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ, ನಿಯಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.Stall holders must abide by the committee's decision and all rules and conditions.

How much does a stall cost? ಮಳಿಗೆ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟು?
Applying is free. Selected stalls pay ₹5,000 per day for the three days, ₹15,000 in one instalment, before the allotment is confirmed. The payment details come with the selection email.
Do I need an FSSAI licence? FSSAI ಪರವಾನಗಿ ಬೇಕೇ?
Not to apply. If you have one, enter the 14-digit number; it helps the committee. Selected stalls must follow food safety and hygiene rules at the venue.
What is provided at the stall? ಮಳಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ?
A 10 × 10 ft covered pitch in the food ground. Cooking equipment, gas, utensils, water containers, staff and display material are yours to bring. Power and water arrangements are explained in the selection email.
Can I change my application after submitting? ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಬಹುದೇ?
If the committee needs a change it emails you a personal link to update the application. For anything else, call the helpline with your registration ID.
How will I know if I'm selected? ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಹೇಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ?
By email, with your stall number and payment instructions. You can also check any time on the status page with your registration ID and mobile number.
